Warranty

REGISTRATION:

ALL UNITS MUST BE REGISTERED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE OR THE WARRANTY IS VOID.

To register your product, complete the Warranty Registration form. Once completed, fax or mail the Warranty Registration form with a copy of the sales receipt to Scooter Dynasty. A Warranty Registration form MUST be on file with Scooter Dynasty before a warranty claim can be processed.

WARRANTY PERIOD:

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase by the consumer. During warranty coverage period, we will cover warranty parts only.

WARRANTY:

All of our off-road vehicles are sold with a limited 6-month manufacturer warranty and on-road vehicles with a limited 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase by the first owner. We guarantee that all of our vehicles are brand new and in the original manufacturer's crate or box free from defects. The warranty covers only factory defects and is on a parts exchange basis only. Any outside repair labor charges, down time, towing or shipping charges are not covered under warranty. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the consumer. All warranty is non-transferrable.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

THE FOLLOWING ARE WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:

What is NOT covered:

• Any damage which results from neglect of the periodic maintenance specified in the OWNER'S MANUAL.
• Any damage which results from repair, adjustment or maintenance operations by any method other than the method specified in the OWNER'S & SHOP MANUALS.
• Any damage which results from repair, adjustment or maintenance operations performed by someone other than an authorized manufacturer dealer, NO unauthorized outside repair.
• Any damage which results from operation of the product at any place where no vehicle is driven ordinarily.
• Any damage which results from misuse or use beyond the limitation or the intended purpose specified by the manufacturer, or any damage due to use under abnormal conditions.
• Any damage which results from use of parts or accessories not approved by the manufacturer or of non-genuine parts or different quality level of fuel, lubricant or fluid not recommended by the manufacturer.
• Any damage which result from operation, whether intentional or accidental, other than as specified in the OWNER'S MANUAL.
• Any damage due to improper storage or transport.
• Any damage which results from force injure, such as fire, collision, and theft.
• Any damage which results from soot and smoke, use of chemical, bird droppings, or injury by seawater, sea breeze or salt.
• Any damage due to aging such as color shading or fading of painted surface, deterioration of plated surface, deterioration of rubber and plastics, or rusting.
• Any vehicle which has participated in a racing event, rally or competition or which has been used as a rental vehicle.
• Any vehicle which has been re-modeled or modified.
• Normal phenomena such as noise, vibration or oil seepage which are considered to be reasonable, and do not affect the quality or function of the products.
• Warranty does not cover or reimburse any outside labor charges.
• Warranty does not cover any towing or shipping charges to and from for any reason including but not limited to repair, return or exchanges
• Warranty labor and parts are free if you send your vehicle to our warehouse facility for warranty repair.
• Warranty is not valid unless assembled, inspected (PDI) and maintained by a certified technician
• Defective warranty part(s) are required to be returned to exchange for new replacement part(s).
• Any vehicle which did not have periodical maintenance performed accordingly.

• Filters
• Rubber Hoses

• Gaskets
• Spark Plugs
• Trunks
• Racks
• Batteries
• Brake Pads
• Brake Shoes
• Brake Levers
• Brake Fluid
• Contact Points
• Condensers
• Fuel Strainers
• Oil Filters
• Drive Chains
• Air Cleaner Elements
• Clutch Discs
• Bulbs
• Fuses
• Motor Brushes
• Packing
• Tires
• Tubes
• Grommets
• Rubber Cushions
• Step Rubber
• Belt Oil
• Grease
• Radiator Coolant,
• Seats
• Belts
• And other consumable and normal wear and tear items due to lack of scheduled maintenance or consumer abuse.
• Modifications to any vehicles that are not approved by the manufacturer will void the warranty.
